Thanks to the process of “vasocottura” combined with our recipe, the Babàrattolo maintains all of its character and taste, without the use of preservatives, for up to 12 months at room temperature. Even at 10,000 km, you can enjoy it as fresh as when it was freshly baked.

The process of preparing the Babàrattolo uses the same techniques as the traditional recipe of the Neapolitan babà. What makes our product unique is the use of “vasocottura”.

Every dessert must be as good on the eyes as it is on the palate. The Babàrattolo allows you to serve 6/8 people by cutting it into slices on the horizontal side and can be served without adding rum.

The “vasocottura” process is a technique already widely used and known, however we have carefully studied the entire preparation process to create this unique product with a shelf life and fragrance for up to 12 months at room temperature.
